• "Operator" or "we/us/our" refers to Whitebox B.V., the company operating Vulkan Vegas under Curaçao Gaming Control Board license (OGL/2024/688/0234).

3. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account with Vulkan Vegas. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and password. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that online gaming involves risks, including but not limited to addiction and financial loss. You are solely responsible for managing your finances, setting deposit limits, and adhering to responsible gaming practices.

6. GAMING RULES AND GAMEPLAY

• All Games are governed by their respective game rules and terms.
• You agree to play Games in accordance with these Terms and the specific rules of each Game.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify or remove any Game at its discretion.

7. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Changes to deposit and withdrawal terms
• Updates to bonus policies
• New responsible gaming tools

You agree that your continued use of Vulkan Vegas constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Vulkan Vegas, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
